- Combination parking pass-season ticket sales for downtown sporting or entertainment events ($4 special event parking rate at Library Garage).
- Rental of Park It! Express shuttles (evenings or weekends) for downtown group events. Rate: $45 per hour (plus any overtime required) per shuttle. Route: limited to the downtown area. Time: minimum of four hours.
- Rental of advertising space for downtown businesses on the shuttles.
The Partnership reserves the right to establish advertising guidelines.
